Job title: Sales Trainer - Oncology (Learning & Development)
About the Role The role contributes to enhancing the sales team's capabilities to execute the ONC BU strategy. As a Trainer, you will conduct trainings on various products/diseases, skills, and onboarding for new hires, returnees, and internal transfers. You will also plan, prepare, and deliver trainings, including issue identification, stakeholder communication, scheduling, content creation, instruction, results analysis, and follow-up.
What You'll Do
- Conduct training programs for products and disease areas, as well as skills development and new-employee onboarding for sales personnel.
- Plan, design, and prepare trainings by identifying challenges, coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules, and creating content.
- Deliver trainings with clear instruction, analyze outcomes, and provide appropriate follow-up actions to improve performance.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years as a Medical Representative (MR) with responsibilities such as handling core hospitals/university hospitals, oncology experience, stakeholder management, and activity as a project leader; experience in learning-related roles (trainer or similar).
- Skills: Strong self-management, ability to execute tasks smoothly, logical thinking, excellent communication and selling skills, oncology knowledge, instructional design capabilities, and project management, presentation, instruction, and facilitation competencies.
