Job title: Sales Traineeship Program - Key Account Manager
About the Role Join P&G's world-class Sales Traineeship Program in Kyiv to become a Key Account Manager. From day one you’ll deliver real customer projects, influence in-store promotions and merchandising, and learn to plan, develop assortments, and sell to the right customers while building leadership skills.
What You'll Do
- Work with key market retailers to understand customer and shopper needs and contribute to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions.
- Build positive relationships with customers and collaborate with them on space & location decisions, promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.
- Develop your negotiating and sales skills as well as your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding.
- Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions.
What We're Looking For
- Students of the 3rd-6th year of study or recent university graduates;
- Upper-intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian;
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode;
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Excellent analytical thinking;
- Positive attitude towards challenges and changes.
