- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team Build and manage a quality loan portfolio Coach, recruit and develop Sales Agents > Monitor portfolio performance and collections

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a Business related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience leading a sales team Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills Results-oriented with excellent customer relationship skills
