About the Role Accelleron is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Shanghai to support engine builders, deliver technically and commercially optimized turbocharging solutions, and help drive the development and execution of engine projects in alignment with Accelleron's strategy.
What You'll Do
- Manage application engineering projects for allocated engine builders within the framework of Accelleron strategies and policies.
- Support engine builders' engine development; provide technical and commercial optimized turbocharging solutions in cooperation with the Sales Engineer.
- Complete technical agreements; define TC specifications and necessary matching parts; cooperate with order processing to ensure TC delivered on time.
- Support installation of new turbochargers and evaluate turbochargers’ performance during engine tests.
- Support the Sales Engineer in sales promotions and end-user care.
- Assess engine builders’ development trend (e.g., new fuels) and work out TC road map; contribute to product market analysis.
- Monitor competitor products and applications; provide reference for Accelleron market strategy.
- Take technical responsibility of TC retrofit projects.
- Support Technical Service Engineers in handling warranty claims and complaints in accordance with company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Internal Combustion Engine / Mechanical Engineering related to Turbomachinery; Master’s degree would be an advantage.
- At least 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Analytical thinking and with sales techniques.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English for both written and spoken.
- Able to work under pressure with enterprising spirit.
- Highly self-motivated team player and self-disciplined.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Regular domestic travelling is needed.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in related field is advantageous.
