- Identify, qualify and convert sales opportunities, contributing to revenue growth, customer retention and product uptake.
- Prepare, present and follow up on sales proposals, account plans and actions.
- Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Supply Chain and the wider ECA organisation to deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and use internal systems to track activity, opportunities and performance.
- Support product launches, customer communications, seminars and training activities when required.

- Confident engaging with customers, particularly over the phone, and able to combine responsive support with a proactive sales mindset.
- Experience in customer service, B2B sales, account management or another commercially focused customer-facing role.
- Working understanding of animal nutrition, feed products, feed mills or the wider agricultural market.
- Strong communication skills, especially in building relationships remotely.
- Commercial drive, curiosity and the ability to identify and progress customer opportunities.
- Good organisation, follow-up and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer needs at the same time.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Account Managers, supply chain colleagues and wider international teams.
- Practical understanding of market needs and the ability to explain products and commercial solutions clearly.
- Comfort using CRM, sales reporting or customer data systems, or willingness to learn these tools quickly.
- Willingness to make occasional customer visits across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
- A degree in Animal Nutrition or Agricultural Science would be an advantage, but we also welcome candidates with relevant commercial experience and a good understanding of the agricultural or animal nutrition market.

- Experience in animal nutrition or agricultural markets.
- Ability to collaborate with Account Managers and international teams.

- Contract: Permanent, full-time, 35 hours per week.
- Training and development opportunities within Trouw Nutrition and SHV group.
- Exposure to a broad customer portfolio and a varied commercial role in the animal nutrition industry.
- Opportunity for long-term career in technical-commercial sales and account management.
