As a Sales Support Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in helping our sales professionals succeed by coordinating critical business operations, supporting marketing initiatives, enhancing processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. At the same time, you'll serve as a leader within the Sales Support function, acting as a mentor, coach, and trusted resource for team members while helping drive team performance and best practices.

While this role does not have direct reports, it is designed as an entry-level leadership position that offers meaningful opportunities to develop people leadership, influence team success, and expand your professional capabilities. You'll gain valuable exposure to business strategy, sales operations, and team leadership while building the skills needed for future advancement within CBRE.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the activities of the team members.
  • Review voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments.
  • Maximize the sales team's productivity through review, evaluation, and implementation of effective business processes.
  • Oversee the tracking of office transactions (listings, sales/leases, expenses, client reimbursements, etc.).
  • Interact with clients on property tours and resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Consult with sales professionals and provide recommendations on marketing practices.
  • Coordinate the production and execution of property marketing campaigns that include property information materials, comparable market analyses, and targeted mailing lists.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team for information requests.
  • Provide input for staff member’s performance review. Provide feedback and recommend recruitment, advancement, corrective action, and termination of employees. Mentor, train, and coach junior sales team members to further development.
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
  • Have a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

  • Associates degree (A.A.) required.

  • Experience providing administrative assistance to professionals.

  • Ability to identify and respond to conflicting priorities.

  • Real Estate industry experience.

  • Current state real estate license.

  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Ability to present materials and information.

  • Ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and commissions.

  • Ability to conduct basic financial analysis.

  • Ability to comprehend and interpret documents.

  • Requires logical and quantitative skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet research and web publishing skills.

  • Ability to edit basic templates in Power Point and/or InDesign preferred.

  • CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sales Support Lead position is $31.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Sales Support Lead position is $35.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
