Job title: Sales Support Coordinator – Nordics & Luxury Audio
About the Role The Sales Support Coordinator will manage end-to-end order-to-cash activities for premium brands in the Nordics & Luxury Audio segment from Amsterdam. You will ensure accurate order entry, invoicing, shipment coordination, and proactive customer communication to support premium brand customers.
What You'll Do
- End-to-end order-to-cash processing for designated customers, coordinating with customers, distribution center, and logistics partners.
- Maintain strong customer focus with proactive status updates, shipment planning, documentation, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the distribution center and logistics partners on shipment planning, customs documents, and related activities.
- Compile and analyze customer accounts, shipments, and requirements; monitor backorders.
- Enter orders in SAP and manage open orders, resolve stock, pricing issues.
- Create invoices in SAP, including proforma and custom documents.
- Create delivery notes and manual PODs with DC and carrier documentation.
- Coordinate time slots and pickup with DC and customer.
- Ensure compliance with SOX narratives; identify and escalate codes of conduct breaches.
- Enter credit documents and process product returns in SAP.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ideally experience in a similar role.
- Customer service minded mentality.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or similar ERP system (highly preferred).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a commercial degree.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Forward-thinking mindset; ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP ERP (if not already listed) – highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: €36,750 - €53,900 per year (yearly base).
