About the Role Sales Support Associates are brand ambassadors for Calvin Klein, responsible for delivering a positive customer experience and contributing to top-line sales. They work as part of a store team to maintain brand standards on replenishment, inventory, and promotions, adapting to changing business needs. What You'll Do
- Execute replenishment based on sell-through and backstock; ensure floor inventory levels and size availability align with brand standards.
- Support the store team as a runner for backstock, fitting room, and cashwrap.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to execute replenishment and pulls efficiently.
- Execute processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards; achieve or exceed the brand’s UPH processing standards.
