Sales Support Associate

About the Role Sales Support Associates are brand ambassadors for Calvin Klein, responsible for delivering a positive customer experience and contributing to top-line sales. They work as part of a store team to maintain brand standards on replenishment, inventory, and promotions, adapting to changing business needs. What You'll Do

• Execute replenishment based on sell-through and backstock; ensure floor inventory levels and size availability align with brand standards.
• Support the store team as a runner for backstock, fitting room, and cashwrap.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to execute replenishment and pulls efficiently.
• Execute processing, replenishment, promotions, and visual/marketing directives in alignment with brand standards; achieve or exceed the brand’s UPH processing standards.
• Uphold backstock organization and adhere to all company tools, policies and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
• Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers; treat customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High school graduate/equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule required including nights, weekends and overnight shifts.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
