- Sicherstellung eines herausragenden Kundenerlebnisses
- Führung, Motivation und Anleitung des Verkaufsteams unter Beachtung aller Unternehmensrichtlinien und Vorgaben des Managements
- Förderung der persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Verantwortung für effiziente tägliche Abläufe im Store
- Beitrag zu einem kooperativen, unterstützenden Arbeitsumfeld
- Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen durch innovatives Denken und individuelle Betreuung
