About the Role Dr. Martens is seeking a Sales Supervisor at the Galleria in Houston. You will lead the store team, drive exceptional customer service, and support the store's performance and growth within the Americas region. What You'll Do
- Lead the sales floor and foster team selling while delivering exceptional customer service
- Greet store customers, share brand knowledge, understand customer needs
- Role model a positive, productive work environment and communicate business goals and KPIs
- Train new sales staff on job duties and product knowledge
- Assist with opening/closing the store, balance registers, and bank deposits
- Support daily operations and physical inventories
- Assist with merchandising per Brand Marketing guidelines to enhance product appeal
- Collaborate with the retail stock team to receive, maintain, and replenish in-store stock efficiently and accurately What We're Looking For
- 1+ year supervisory experience, preferably in footwear
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and computerized inventory systems; MPOS experience a plus
- Basic math skills including ability to calculate percentages
- Clear, professional communication with a broad customer base; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder or stairs
- Punctual and reliable; able to adhere to scheduled shift times
