About the Role Dr. Martens is seeking a Sales Supervisor at the Galleria in Houston. You will lead the store team, drive exceptional customer service, and support the store's performance and growth within the Americas region. What You'll Do
- Lead the sales floor and foster team selling while delivering exceptional customer service
- Greet store customers, share brand knowledge, understand customer needs
- Role model a positive, productive work environment and communicate business goals and KPIs
- Train new sales staff on job duties and product knowledge
- Assist with opening/closing the store, balance registers, and bank deposits
- Support daily operations and physical inventories
- Assist with merchandising per Brand Marketing guidelines to enhance product appeal
- Collaborate with the retail stock team to receive, maintain, and replenish in-store stock efficiently and accurately
