About the Role Michael Kors is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Anchorage, AK store. In this role you will help meet personal and store sales goals while delivering elevated service in a fast-paced luxury environment, supporting store leadership and guiding team performance. What You'll Do

  • Meet personal and store sales goals and contribute to the store's overall performance.
  • Develop personal sales techniques and coach associates to maximize sales performance.
  • Deliver elevated levels of service and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise.
  • After closing a sale, manage details such as shipping, alterations (as applicable), and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain all sales-related policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about fashion industry trends and market developments.
  • Support staff in delivering exceptional customer service and build repeat clientele using client books.
  • Resolve client problems and complaints quickly and effectively; assist with returns and defective merchandise issues.
  • Collaborate with the store manager on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management.
  • Train staff on register usage and procedures; execute management register functions.
  • Assist with stock, shipping, receiving, and related paperwork; participate in inventories.
  • For Offsite drivers: drive product to/from Offsite location as needed.
  • Ensure the selling floor is neat and reflects the brand image; assist in merchandising/visual directives; process deliveries promptly; monitor product concerns; communicate inventory needs. What We're Looking For
  • Experience in retail sales and customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred; ability to coach and develop staff.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge; passion for the brand.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to train and guide others.
  • Ability to manage store operations including inventory, shipping/receiving, and POS/register procedures.
  • Professional image and grooming aligned with brand standards.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
