About the Role Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist to deliver a consumer-centric experience across customer service, sales, merchandising and store operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll model and coach on experiences that reflect Levi's brand heritage, engage with the Red Tab Loyalty program, and contribute to an omni-channel Levi's experience. You’ll support the leadership team to drive results and uphold store standards. What You'll Do
- Suggest looks incorporating latest trends and current promotions based on consumer needs, consistent with Levi's service approach
- Promote Levi's omni experience by engaging consumers with Red Tab Loyalty program
- Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and customer satisfaction
- Partner with store management on elevated consumer issues
- Handle cash, shipments, floor sets, markdowns, replenishment, and other merchandise operations; maintain store policies
- Perform store procedures in compliance with store policy and programs; follow directives of store management What We're Looking For
- Fashion savvy with interest in current trends
- Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks
- Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods; capable of kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders (with or without reasonable accommodation)
- Reliable transportation

- Pay range: $13.45 - $22.45 per hour (based on local wage laws and experience)
