About the Role As the Sales Specialist Senior, you will be the growth engine of the SAP practice, articulating value propositions to clients and driving SAP-related opportunities. You will work closely with technical experts and the business development team to identify and capture new market opportunities and strengthen our leadership in SAP solutions. What You'll Do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of clients and detect opportunities on existing accounts, while identifying new prospects in your market vertical; manage the full sales cycle from account strategy to closure.
- Define the account strategy: understand client needs and craft the selling strategy.
- Prospection and qualification: identify and develop new SAP S/4HANA opportunities, focusing on build and TMA.
- Preparation and governance: prepare, draft and deliver presentations, RFPs and proposals, and defend them.
- Negotiation and closing: negotiate contracts, close deals, ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- SAP solutions expertise / Market knowledge: stay up-to-date on SAP advances (RISE Public Cloud, SIGNAVIO, Business Data Cloud, etc.), and maintain deep knowledge of SAP products and market trends to advise clients.
- Professional network: maintain a network of SAP clients and demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain relationships. What We're Looking For
- More than 10 years of successful commercial/sales experience, required to articulate value propositions to clients.
- Strong track record in selling SAP-related solutions and managing full sales cycles; ability to articulate value propositions to clients.
- Ability to work closely with technical experts and business development teams to identify and close opportunities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SAP products and market trends (RISE Public Cloud, SIGNAVIO, Business Data Cloud, etc.).
- Strong networking skills with a network of SAP clients and ability to establish and maintain relationships.
