About the Role The Sales Specialist – Immunohistochemistry for Leica Biosystems develops and executes territory sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share. You will collaborate with Sales, Service, and Applications teams to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations. This role is fully remote in New Jersey within Leica's Commercial Organization. What You'll Do
- Achieve annual product sales goals for the territory in coordination with the local assigned team.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data in SFDC; coordinate product demos, installations, and training with support from manager/mentor.
- Engage with prospective and current customers to grow Leica Biosystems' presence across territories.
- Monitor competitive activities, use Strategic Selling tools (Blue sheets) with mentorship.
- Develop knowledge of products and DBS, LBS tools (DOMO, Showpad, Territory Business Reviews). What We're Looking For
- Education: BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience (or equivalent).
- Proven time management, contract negotiation, and high-level selling skills in a matrix environment.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM; proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel 50-75%; valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Nice to Have
- Prior capital sales experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year; bonus/incentive eligible.
