Sales Specialist Data Center

Bring your energy to Aggreko as our Data Center Business Development Manager - Portugal.

You'll play a key role in expanding our presence within one of Europe's fastest-growing data center markets, building relationships with developers, operators, contractors and consultants across Portugal. From large-scale developments in Lisbon to the rapidly expanding Data Center Campus ecosystem, you'll identify and win opportunities for temporary power, commissioning, heating, cooling and critical infrastructure solutions that keep our customers' projects moving.

The team you'll be joining and impact you'll have:

• Join a growing data center-focused commercial team supporting some of Portugal's most strategic developments, including projects across Lisbon.
• Work closely with colleagues across Portugal, Europe and the UK to strengthen Aggreko's local market presence and deepen relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with experts in power generation, temperature control, cooling and commissioning to deliver tailored solutions for mission-critical environments.
• Become Aggreko's commercial face within the Portuguese data center ecosystem, helping shape our long-term growth and market position.

What you'll be doing from day one

• Build and develop relationships with leading data center developers, operators, contractors and consultants including organisations involved in the Data Center ecosystem.
• Create and execute a territory growth strategy, developing a robust pipeline of opportunities and stakeholder relationships within the Portuguese data center market.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver commercial solutions that support major data center construction, expansion and commissioning projects.

Who you are

• A Portuguese-speaking business development or sales professional with experience within the data center, critical power, temperature control, HVAC, industrial cooling or mission-critical infrastructure sectors.
• Well connected within the Portuguese data center market, with an established network of developers, operators, contractors, consultants and decision-makers.
• Proven in winning new business through complex solution selling, stakeholder management and long sales-cycle project pursuit.
• Based in Portugal, ideally in the Lisbon area, and motivated by the opportunity to drive growth in a high-potential and rapidly evolving market.
