About this role

About the Role Join Accelleron in Shanghai as a Sales Specialist focusing on marine turbocharging and related solutions. You will work with a professional team in an international environment to drive customer relationships, sales targets, and market insights, supporting the company's sustainability-driven initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Regularly visit and manage relationships with assigned customers and develop new ones, aligning with the company's sales strategy.
  • Provide market forecasts and relevant market analysis reports for responsible customers.
  • Achieve annual sales and order intake targets and other company metrics.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to complete daily business (technical support, technical agreements and contracts, order placement, delivery schedules, shipping, after-sales service).
  • Arrange product introductions, technical training, and related technical exchanges for customers.
  • Collect market information (production, sales, orders, new projects) and maintain a comprehensive understanding of assigned customers (product status; turbocharger configurations; attitudes of departments and influential people toward configurations; market conditions of turbocharger manufacturers and similar products).
  • Coordinate and cooperate, actively track new shipbuilding projects, maintain market awareness, and take appropriate actions to win projects; closely communicate with shipyards and engine manufacturers; facilitate teamwork with domestic and international colleagues; assist in winning projects and support Application Engineers to provide technical support for the department and customers.
  • Travel as needed; apply engineering support in collaboration with Application Engineers.

What We're Looking For

  • University bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Marine Engineering, Internal Combustion, Thermal Power, or related turbo machinery;
  • 5+ years of work experience; shipyards or engine sector experience preferred;
  • Strong market sense; fluent English in reading, writing, speaking, and listening;
  • Excellent communication skills; open, confident, energetic, proactive, sincere, self-disciplined; willing to travel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the shipbuilding or engine industries is preferred.
