As a Sales Service Coordinator in our Fragrance & Beauty Division, you will support the sales teams. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity. To support the sales force with general operations, such as sending samples, following up orders and applying for regulatory documents 支持销售团队的日常运作, 包括寄送油样样品，协助跟进订单情况，系统申请法规文件等 To support sales in making quotation and prepare agreement, maintain client database and follow up A/R status and sales data & statistics 帮助销售同事处理报价、合同；维护客户信息库；追踪付款信息、销售数据等 Provide other related support to sales team as required 有需要时为销售团队提供其他相关支持 Other tasks assigned by the line manager 直属主管交付的其他工作任务

Your professional profile includes: Bachelor degree or above 1-2 years related working experience in sales support and/or customer care would be an advantage. Fresh graduate will be acceptable Good team player and willing to communicate Good communication skills with internal and external parties Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) is required. (CET6 or above) SAP or ERP experience will be a benefit
