About the Role The Sales & Service Associate will strive to exceed personal and store sales goals by executing franchise-driven growth strategies, leveraging operations efficiency and cross-department development. You will own new client development and maintain relationships with existing clients, while delivering Burberry Experience consistently every interaction. What You'll Do
- Embrace Burberry Experience and adhere to training guidelines, reflecting the Burberry level and image; consistently achieve personal sales targets and leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve customers.
- Actively cultivate customers and convert them into loyal clients; stay familiar with Cultivate requirements; send emails to invite customers back to the store; use the latest Client Book to guide sales.
