Sales & Service Associate

About the Role The Sales & Service Associate will strive to exceed personal and store sales goals by executing franchise-driven growth strategies, leveraging operations efficiency and cross-department development. You will own new client development and maintain relationships with existing clients, while delivering Burberry Experience consistently every interaction. What You'll Do

• Embrace Burberry Experience and adhere to training guidelines, reflecting the Burberry level and image; consistently achieve personal sales targets and leverage strong interpersonal and communication skills to serve customers.
• Actively cultivate customers and convert them into loyal clients; stay familiar with Cultivate requirements; send emails to invite customers back to the store; use the latest Client Book to guide sales.
• Follow visual standards, apply Burberry guidelines, understand monthly floorsets; place products correctly and restock; keep price tags discreet.
• Floor Presence & Maintenance: start of day greeting customers, end of day ensuring inventory is replenished and ready for next day; stay actively engaged in-store; keep fitting rooms impeccably clean.
• Back of The House Support: assist with markdown processes, annual stock/inventory, and events; deliver items needed by the store; organize Back of House (warehouse).
• Personal Profile: proactive attitude; communicate clearly and professionally; positive, responsible, adaptable; interest in fashion/design; knowledge of POS and store systems; at least 1 year of luxury or related industry experience; Chinese and English language skills preferred; high school diploma or higher; fashion-related degree preferred; experience in luxury sales or service preferred; candidates with disabilities or national service considerations are welcomed per applicable laws.
