YOUR TASKS Processing complex external and internal customer orders through the whole process chain, as well as controlling consignment movements in clearly defined contexts Ensuring complex customer orders to be delivered to the customer, by setting daily, weekly and monthly priorities for production planning in cooperation with internal positions impacting the production plan Raising awareness for customer call-off fluctuations and demand decreases/increases effecting production Ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating appropriately about delivery dates, current supply situation, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes within drawing status in clearly defined
