Job Summary
- Laboria is seeking to urgently recruit Sales Representatives in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Benin City to support our growing market presence across the South-South and South-West regions. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) or medical diagnostics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of IVD products, medical equipment, and reagents within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions where required.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
- Ensure effective customer follow-up, satisfaction, and account management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the IVD or medical diagnostics industry.
- Must reside in or be based in Lagos, Port Harcourt, or Benin City.
- Knowledge of laboratory products, medical equipment, and reagents is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and surrounding areas.
