Description
- We are looking for a confident and results driven Sales Representative who understands how to engage customers, follow up on leads and convert enquiries into actual sales.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, both on-site and across our social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok)
- Convert leads into paying customers through effective communication
- Provide customers with accurate product and pricing information
- Process customer orders accurately (product selection, sizing, payments, delivery)
- Follow up with leads to increase sales and customer retention
- Maintain accurate daily records of sales, orders, payments and customer interactions
- Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth
Requirements

1–3 years of sales or customer service experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to close sales, not just respond to enquiries

Excellent attention to detail, record keeping and organizational abilities

Self motivated, organised and target driven

Must be able to work on-site on Lagos Island, Monday–Saturday
