What you can look forward to as Sales Representative:
- Drive independent Aftermarket sales growth, aligning with our brand and sales strategy, market share, and profitability target
- Take charge of the business plan, making a real impact
- Tailor sales and marketing approaches to meet the needs of local customers, ensuring profitable business and market share growth
- Negotiate agreements with customers and provide daily operational sales support
- Set and achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets for your customer base
- Define and pursue individual KPIs to meet sales and profitability goals and exceed customer expectations
Your profile as Sales Representative:
- Degree in economics or a technical field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales position
- Proficient in English at a business level
- Proven ability to achieve ambitious growth and profitability targets
- Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
