Job Summary
- We are looking for persuasive, confident and target-driven Sales Representatives who can thrive in a high-pressure sales environment and convert prospects into loyal club members.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell Travel Club membership packages to prospective clients
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects and close sales
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support
- Report daily sales activities to the Sales Manager
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in any discipline
- Minimum age of 25 years and above
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proven experience in sales, especially in a high-pressure / target-driven environment
- Smart, well-groomed, confident and presentable
- Self-motivated, persuasive and money-driven.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Weekends & Public Holidays Off.

Salary Structure and Benefits

Basic Salary: N50,000 monthly

Attendance Bonus:N15,000 bonus if only ONE day off is taken in a month

Perfect Attendance Bonus:Additional N15,000 if NO day off is taken in the month (Public Holidays excluded)

Commission: 5% - 8% on sales (tier-based, performance driven)

Spiffs / Weekly Bonuses: Attractive weekly bonuses set for high performance. High performers can earn a very rewarding take-home pay!
