About the Role Join Telekom Srbija at mts point at Aerodrom Nikola Tesla, working in a dynamic international environment. You will meet people from around the world, present mts prepaid packages, advise customers on benefits, and drive sales to domestic and international travelers.
What You'll Do
- Present mts prepaid packages and services, advise customers on benefits, and close sales with domestic and international travelers.
- Record and monitor sales activities in internal systems and prepare and archive related sales documentation.
- Engage with customers from diverse backgrounds in a fast-paced international setting, ensuring excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- IV degree of professional education.
- Computer literacy.
- Good command of English for daily communication.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Communicativeness, energy, politeness, and adaptability to work with different customer profiles.
