Currently, we have an urgent need for the following position:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product knowledge: Must have a conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Phone Accessories, Electrical Products, Home Appliances - Electronics, Mobile Phones and SOLAR PRODUCTS)
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
- Contribute in meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas of IBADAN Branches
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Regularly reach out to potential customers
REQUIREMENTS
- HND/B.Sc/OND/NCE in relevant and related field.
- Minimum 4 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/Warehouse experience.
- Experience with mobile phones, accessories, Solar and electronics technology.
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills
- Products knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
