What You'll Do
- Pursue sales leads and achieve personal sales objectives in the assigned territory, with responsibility for product range and receivables management.
- Develop and penetrate target markets based on regional opportunities; identify potential customers and distributors; support business development and customer management.
- Provide updated market intelligence to supervisor/team; coordinate with customer services, supply chain, and logistics personnel.
- Assist in product promotion, product trials, and other promotional activities; promote new applications and interact with process/product developers at potential customers.
- Continuously increase market intelligence; update customer and competitor data; apply the overall sales process to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate and close deals or contracts; provide operational guidance and support to relevant functions to ensure successful implementation.
- Identify customer requirements and offer suitable solutions; explore and appoint distributors and applicators to ensure market coverage.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support planning of products and services.
- Exhibit safe behavior at driving, project sites, offices, and for self and others.
