About the Role The Sales Representative, Taiwan Medical Surgical role reports to the Taiwan Surgical Business Manager. You will evaluate sales coverage strategies by product portfolio and customer segmentation, allocate resources and sales channels, and review the current distribution system and indirect sales channel performance. Daily duties cover negative pressure wound therapy, surgical dressings, and skin care products, primarily serving surgical and ICU units, and you will promote Solventum's full range of medical products. You will provide customer product education and clinical application support. What You'll Do
- Provide product education and clinical application support to customers
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Collaborate with territory distributor’s sales reps
- Execute activities for customers in North Taiwan (Taipei and Taoyuan) What We're Looking For
- University degree; nursing background preferred
- At least 5 years of hospital-channel sales experience with specific accounts
- Familiarity with internal hospital procedures
- Strong time and territory management with a data-driven approach
- Basic PPT/Excel computer skills
- Distributor management experience and ability to lead distributor sales teams
- Experience selling medical consumables
