Job Description
- Laboria is seeking to urgently recruit Sales Representatives in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Benin City to support our growing market presence across the South-South and South-West regions.
- We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) or medical diagnostics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of IVD products, medical equipment, and reagents within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions where required.
- Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights.
- Ensure effective customer follow-up, satisfaction, and account management.
Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' sales experience, preferably in the IVD or medical diagnostics industry.

Must reside in or be based in Lagos, Port Harcourt, or Benin City.

Knowledge of laboratory products, medical equipment, and reagents is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and surrounding areas.
