Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Conversion:

• We are looking for a driven and stylish Store Manager to lead our showroom and drive sales growth.
• Drive sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Welcome, engage, and advise walk-in customers, online leads, and phone enquiries
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture, decor, and interior solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up, and close deals
• Build repeat customers and referrals

Store Management Support:

• Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, opening and closing
• Ensure store is always clean, well-arranged, and well-merchandised
• Ensure all products have price tags and displays are in order
• Support in receiving stock, checking deliveries, and keeping store organized

Customer Experience & Admin:

• Deliver excellent customer service from entry to after-sales
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed
• Maintain customer database and follow up on pending orders
• Prepare daily sales report and give handover to Store Manager.

Inventory & Visuals:

• Assist with weekly/monthly stock counts
• Report low stock, damaged items, and best-selling items
• Ensure marketing materials, catalogs, and samples are available.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience as Sales Rep, Sales Associate, Showroom Sales in Interior Design, Furniture, Tiles, Home Decor, Fashion, or Luxury Retail
• MUST have proven sales experience - must be target-driven
• Passion for interior design and good sense of styling / aesthetics
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills
• Smart, well-groomed, presentable, and confident dealing with premium clients
• Can use basic Excel, POS, and WhatsApp/Instagram for sales
• Must be resident in Lagos
• OND/HND/BSc in any field - relevant field is an advantage.

Salary

N130,000 / Month + Transport and Lunch allowance
