Sales is where our brands meet the real world.
This team builds the relationships that bring our products to life, partnering closely with customers across markets, channels and occasions to make sure our brands are part of moments that matter everywhere.

About the role
Berlin is your playing field. As a Sales Representative, you’re right in the middle of the action and responsible for one of Germany’s most exciting hospitality territories. You work closely with bar owners, restaurant operators, club managers, and influential figures in the scene, making sure our brands are visible where trends are born.
You’re not simply selling products. You develop business opportunities, build networks, and create experiences that excite both guests and customers.
You will be responsible for:
You win new partners
- Identify the most exciting restaurants, bars, and clubs in Hamburg and get them excited about the company’s brands.
- Actively build new customer relationships and develop existing partnerships.
You develop our brands in the market
- Secure listings and optimal placement for the brands.
- Launch new products into the market and maximize their visibility at the point of sale.
- Negotiate promotions, activations, and creative concepts with customers.
You are part of the Hamburg scene
- Build a strong network within Hamburg’s restaurant and bar culture.
- Spot trends early and use them to create new business opportunities.
- Represent the brands at events, industry gatherings, and tastings.
You act like an entrepreneur
- Independently manage your sales territory.
- Develop individual customer strategies and consistently implement them.
- Take responsibility for sales, distribution, and activation targets in your territory.
About You
- An existing network in Hamburg's restaurant, bar, or club scene
- Some initial experience in sales, field sales, account management, or hospitality
- An interest in premium spirits, cocktails, and hospitality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High self-motivation and an entrepreneurial mindset
- The ability to build relationships and maintain them over the long term
- Very good German skills, and ideally English as well
