Job Description Our client is seeking a Sales Representative who is confident, customer-focused and passionate about sales and scents. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the shop.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customers and prospects on social media platforms, WhatsApp and other digital channels.
• Convert online prospects into paying customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and existing customers to generate repeat sales.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend appropriate products based on their needs, budget and occasion.
• Post and promote approved content on products, new arrivals, special offers and other sales opportunities.
• Receive and properly process customer orders.
• Organise orders placed for dispatch, ensuring that products, quantities and customer details are accurate before dispatch.
• Coordinate with delivery personnel/couriers to ensure orders reach customers promptly.
• Ensure that customer enquiries, complaints and feedback are properly handled and escalated when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, customer information and follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage referrals and repeat purchases.
• Keep up-to-date with the products, fragrance profiles and other offerings available in the shop.
• Support promotional activities, social-media campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong customer-service skills have an advantage
• Post NYSC 1–2 years' experience in sales, retail, beauty, cosmetics, perfume/fragrance or a related customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Experience managing customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or other social-media platforms is an added advantage.
• Must be resident around Kumantaka, Jaba in Kano, please do not apply if you don't
• Must be willing to work physically from the shop and participate in daily shop operations.

Salary

N100,000 monthly.
