Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and assist customers with arts, crafts and hobby products.
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
- Contribute to store merchandising and presentation.
Qualifications
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1–2 years’ retail sales or customer service experience.
- Good numerical skills and POS knowledge.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn about arts and crafts.
- Proximity to Ikeja GRA and nearby areas preferred.
