About the Role Two dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives are sought to join Cemza's Cape Town team. These roles focus on maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The successful candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client accounts, and representing Cemza's products professionally in the market.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Prepare pricing schedules and quotations.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing initiatives.
- Promote and maintain knowledge of company products and programs.
- Manage client payments including deposits and balances.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders.
- Visit existing and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Respond to client queries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Ensure housekeeping and compliance with company standards.
- Perform additional duties in the interest of Cemza as required.
What We're Looking For
- Marketing or Sales qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales environment.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Bonus Points SAP knowledge (advantageous).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Nice to Have
- SAP knowledge (advantageous).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 CTC per month. Permanent position. Based in Cape Town. You are trained on data up to October 2023.
