Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Female Cosmetics Sales Representative to expand our brand footprint in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unlocking new business opportunities by pitching to Beauty Centers, Salons, and Cosmetics Shops (B2B), driving direct sales to individual consumers (B2C), and occasionally managing promotions at our retail booths/pop-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Market Expansion: Identify, visit, and onboard new beauty salons, spa centers, and retail cosmetic shops across Bahrain to stock our product lines.
• Direct & Booth Sales: Interact directly with walk-in customers at retail booths, conduct product demonstrations, and close individual sales.
• Relationship Management: Maintain excellent, long-term relationships with salon owners, makeup artists, and purchasing managers to ensure repeat orders.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets.
• Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback, monitor competitor pricing/promotions, and report trends to management.
• Inventory & Display: Ensure products at retail booths are clean, immaculately displayed, well-stocked, and visually appealing.

Skills

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Valid Bahraini Driving License (Mandatory).
• Own personal vehicle (Highly preferred).
• Proven experience in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty retail sales within Bahrain.
• Excellent command of English (Spoken and written).
• Clean, professional, and presentable appearance aligned with the beauty and cosmetics industry.

Core Technical & Professional Skills:

• B2B Pitching & Prospecting: Ability to identify decision-makers (salon managers/owners) and confidently deliver product presentations.
• Cosmetics & Skincare Knowledge: Deep understanding of beauty trends, skin types, ingredients, and product application techniques to establish credibility.
• Retail Operations: Basic cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and inventory tracking for booth shifts.

Soft Skills / Interpersonal Traits:

• High Energy & Resilience: Outdoor sales require traveling between multiple locations in Bahrain daily; a self-motivated attitude is essential.

• Cultural Awareness: Comfort navigating the local business culture in Bahrain, respecting the strict female-only environments of local beauty salons.
