Essity is hiring a Sales Reporting Analyst for its Oakville, Canada office (hybrid). The role sits within the finance/controlling function and is responsible for producing monthly sales and margin reports for stakeholders using Microsoft Office tools and Power BI, understanding and applying basic financial terms in reporting analytics, and handling ad-hoc requests from different functional groups.
The analyst uses data and analytics tools to generate insights that support better business decision-making, performs other finance-related duties as needed, and participates in cross-business Controlling Network activities to ensure compliance with Essity's finance policies.
Candidates should have strong analytical and technical skills, be comfortable working with large volumes of sales data, and bring at least 2 years of financial analyst experience. A degree in Finance or Business is preferred. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in SAP, PowerPoint, and Word are required, along with knowledge of Business Warehouse and Power BI. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proven problem-solving and collaboration abilities round out the requirements.
