Job description
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business lines, high-net-worth clients, investors, and property buyers through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers, real estate investors, and strategic partners.
- Sales & Proposal Execution: Prepare compelling sales proposals, property pitch decks, and commercial terms; negotiate contracts to close property deals.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze local and regional real estate trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts to inform management strategies.
- Partnership Development: Secure and manage B2B alliances (e.g., mortgage providers, brokers, or corporate tenants) to expand sales channels.
- CRM & Reporting: Track lead conversion rates, manage customer data in CRM software, and submit regular pipeline and revenue reports.
