Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Personnel to promote the company's products/services, generate leads, develop customer relationships, and contribute to sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Promote the company's products and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Monitor customer needs and provide feedback to management.
- Support promotional and marketing activities where required.
Requirements
- OND, HND, B.Sc., or equivalent qualification.
- Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Must be confident, hardworking, presentable, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good customer service skills.
- Must be willing to learn and available to resume promptly.
