A female-focused footwear brand is hiring a Sales & Order Processing Assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, customer-focused, and comfortable handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that orders are accurately prepared for fulfilment.

Requirements

• Applicants must currently reside around Lekki Phase 1. The role requires the successful candidate to be able to easily commute to our location in Lekki Phase 1, and Ikota is the farthest acceptable residential location. Applicants who do not reside within this area will not be considered. Female, preferably between 22–35 years old. Must currently reside around Lekki Phase 1. Ikota is the farthest acceptable location. Previous experience in sales, customer service, order processing, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage, but formal qualifications or extensive experience are not the most important factors for this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable communicating with customers on WhatsApp and Instagram. Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn. Reliable, punctual, proactive, and customer-focused.
