Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid: Onsite Monday-Thursdays & can work remotely from home on Fridays)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to provide crucial project support. This role involves managing and restarting a business line for key products. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of intake tasks, push brand visibility, and work in a dynamic, start-up-like environment within a larger corporate structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and restart the business line for specific products.

• Perform manual intake tasks to support business operations.

• Drive brand visibility, which may include activities such as cold calls.

• Process inventory and manage purchase orders.

• Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Engage in sales activities in a client-facing capacity.

• Handle challenging conversations in a professional, corporate environment.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development and sales is required.

Skills

• Experience with operations management, inventory processing, and purchase orders is necessary.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter.

• Experience in a start-up-like environment or with launching new initiatives.

• Previous experience in the consumer goods industry is an advantage.
