Job title: Sales Operations Manager (SOM)
About the Role Adobe is seeking a Sales Operations Manager (SOM) to join the Americas Sales Operations team. This role drives budgeting, planning and analysis for sales operations, delivers analytics and business insights to support KPIs, and collaborates with field leadership to drive performance. The SOM will help optimize revenue forecasting, territory design, and sales productivity, while maintaining and enhancing systems that monitor revenue and expenses. The role may also involve developing sales quote tools.
What You'll Do
- Work as a key member of the field leadership team, providing timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
- Drive business change by developing a deep understanding of the business, uncovering data-driven insights, and building trust with business partners
- Partner with the field to craft and establish GTM strategy, own the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting
- Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to improve business flow for the sales teams
- Collaborate with other SOMs to share knowledge and drive standardization across the field organization
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; MBA preferred but not required
- 5-10 years of related work experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Go-to-Market or related functions, ideally in the software industry
- Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills
- Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights and actions
- Problem solver with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues
- Self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
- Intellectual curiosity, hands-on mentality, and meticulous attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience building complex Excel models and leveraging BI reporting
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 106,100 – 220,650 annually (U.S.); California range: USD 152,400 – 220,650
