Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes and support the Commercial team.
- The ideal candidate will oversee sales performance, reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and team coordination skills.
Minimum Responsibilities
- Monitor sales performance, targets, and KPIs.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Optimize sales processes and operational workflows.
- Manage sales data, CRM records, and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with sales teams and other departments.
- Monitor inventory, orders, and sales documentation.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years’ relevant sales operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and KPI management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
