We’re Looking For A: Sales & Operations Manager
Location: Richfield, WI
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and lead an S&OP process for pet food.
- Create dashboards and measure KPIs for the organization such as forecast accuracy and production efficiencies.
- Innovate and deploy tools that support continuous improvement within S&OP.
- Works closely with Demand & Supply Manager on forecasts, WOH targets and aged inventory.
- Creates and manages capacity models for each category and presents risks to leadership team.
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.
