As we expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team and support our Australian sales team with operational and sales processes.

Sales Operations Coordinator (Petaling Jaya)
Job Description
Prepare accurate quotes for products, services, licensing, and managed service offerings.
Send quotes to customers, track outstanding proposals, and conduct follow-ups as required.
Take ownership of the renewals process from identification through completion, including preparation of renewal quotes and client notifications.
Maintain accurate CRM records and generate structured sales reports for leadership visibility.
Coordinate with distributors and vendors for pricing, availability, deal registrations, and renewals.
Support the sales team with meeting preparation, internal coordination, and documentation.
Communicate with customers regarding quotes, renewals, order status, and required documentation.
Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements to streamline sales execution.
Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, order management, or similar roles within IT, SaaS, MSP, or technology distribution.

Strong understanding of quoting workflows, renewals cycles, and CRM processes.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

High attention to detail in pricing, documentation, and commercial information.

Ability to work autonomously, prioritise effectively, and support multiple sales team members.

Experience interacting with distributors and vendors is a plus.

Exposure to Australian or similar Western business environments is desirable.

Basic RM3200 – RM3500
