Responsibilities
- Deposit mobilisation and sales
- Achieve growth across KPIs: liability mobilisation, CASA and fixed deposits, new funded accounts, income generation, and e-banking product adoption.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, merchant and payroll initiatives, and community outreach.
- Execute local marketing strategy and develop campaigns to meet branch deposit and revenue targets.
