Section: This posting is for a Female Sales Officer at a store located in Ikeja, Lagos. Working hours are Monday-Saturday with 1 off day. Salary range is NGN 120,000 - NGN 150,000 with bonus. Responsibilities include handling calls, DMs, social media; handling clients’ enquiries and helping with bookings process; client follow up, retention and referrals; maintaining accurate clients and sales records. Requirements include a minimum of BSC/HND; must have finished NYSC; must have excellent communication skills, good initiative and attention to details; must have basic social media skills. Skills needed include knowledge on Microsoft, Google Sheets, Canva, CRM tools, ability to take good pictures and videos, proficiency with social media, and ability to recreate or generate content ideas.
