This is an exciting opportunity to join Kier Transportation as a Sales Office Manager at our Wymondham Emulsion Factory in Norfolk. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a customer-focused team, drive commercial performance, and help support the long-term success and growth of the factory.

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible working hours can be considered, so please let us know your preferences when speaking with us We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Sales Office Manager, you'll play a key role in leading a high-performing sales and trade centre function, balancing commercial objectives with outstanding customer service. Working closely with operational teams, you'll help drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to combine hands-on leadership with strategic business development in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Your day to day will include:

• Actively participating in daily sales activities, including customer enquiries, quotations, orders and account management
• Leading, motivating and developing the Sales and Trade Centre teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve commercial targets
• Building strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase customer loyalty
• Implementing sales initiatives and local market strategies to drive revenue, profitability and business growth
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across local and regional markets
• Working collaboratively with operations, production and finance teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction

• Can effectively manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
