Job Title: Sales Merchandiser

Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Actively promote and sell gym merchandise including fitness apparel, supplements, accessories, and wellness products.
- Engage with members to recommend suitable products based on their fitness goals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall gym revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.
Merchandising & Display:
- Ensure products are attractively displayed in line with brand standards.
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked retail areas.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Monitor product placement and adjust displays based on demand and trends.
Inventory Management:
- Track and manage stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Report low stock levels and coordinate with management for restocking.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of products, especially supplements and consumables.
Customer Experience:
- Provide a friendly and professional shopping experience for all clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide product knowledge and guidance.
- Handle basic customer concerns or escalate where necessary.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory movements.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.
- Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and product launches.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with front desk staff and fitness trainers to promote products.
- Support overall gym operations when required.
- Participate in marketing activities, fitness events, and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 - 3 years experience.
