Job title: Sales & Marketing Officer
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, business development, and brand visibility in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new retail and corporate sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual and business customers.
- Promote the company's products, offers, and services across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Execute sales and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and maintain an accurate customer database.
- Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is desirable.
