About this role
Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team with the department’s administrative and

operational tasks.

Assist in the planning and execution of commercial and marketing activities.

Support the preparation of presentations, commercial proposals, sales materials and other
-
department documents.
-
Assist with the management and updating of databases of clients, agencies, companies,
-
partners and commercial contacts.
-
Support the coordination and follow-up of sales visits, site inspections, meetings and
-
events.
-
Contribute to promotional and brand positioning activities for Nômade Temple Ibiza.
-
Support the creation, updating and organization of content for different communication
-
channels.
-
Assist with social media management and digital communication, including content
-
preparation, gathering visual material and monitoring publications.
-
Support the preparation of newsletters, presentations, communications and other
-
marketing materials.
-
Assist with research into markets, trends, competitors and commercial opportunities.
-
Support the coordination with agencies, collaborators, media, influencers and other
-
partners.
-
Assist in the organization of events, activations and hotel experiences.
-
Collaborate with different hotel departments to gather information and develop
-
communication and promotional materials.
-
Support the monitoring of campaigns and commercial activities, collecting results and
-
preparing reports.
-
Keep department files, calendars, databases and tools up to date.
-
Participate in other Sales & Marketing projects and tasks according to the department’s
-
operational needs.

Profile & Skills
-
Currently studying Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Tourism, Business
-
Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
-
Creative, organized, proactive and detail-oriented.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic and international environment.
-
Positive attitude, flexibility and strong willingness to learn.
-
Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.
-
Availability: 8 months to 1 year.
