About this role
We're seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive sales, manage customer interactions across online and walk-in channels, support marketing activities, and create engaging content for the brand based in Lekki, Lagos.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Attend to walk-in, online and referral clients, guiding them through collections and closing sales
- Generate new leads through social media, events, networking and referrals
- Manage customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and other platforms promptly
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, pop-ups and promotions
- Create and help create engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for brand pages
- Build and maintain a client database and follow up for repeat business
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform collections and pricing
- Coordinate with the production team on orders, fittings and delivery timelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience
- OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field
- Strong social media skills and understanding of digital marketing
